Introducing a new team member to our office:  Caitlin Fast, RMT

After growing up in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Caitlin Fast has developed a passion for health and fitness. An avid athlete growing up she can understand pushing your body to its limits. With 8 years of experience in Musculoskeletal conditions, she has the skills and knowledge to help you get back to what you love. Caitlin has recently finished her 2200 hour Advanced Massage Therapy diploma from Mount Royal University here in Calgary.  She is very dedicated to creating an individualized Healthcare plan for every client, making sure your needs are met with professionalism and honesty. She employs several different types of manual therapy, including myofascial release, deep tissue and sports massage to assist you in your recovery.

Shauna will be retiring from Massage Therapy on March 23, 2017 after 20 years of service.  We will be sad to see her go.  Be sure to book in for that “goodbye” massage.  Times are limited and booking fast.  When you see Shauna, please be sure to wish her well on her next adventure.
